1. Service Agreement

By engaging Masterpiece Interior Design services, you agree to these terms. Our interior design services include consultation, space planning, design development, and project management as outlined in your specific service agreement.

2. Design Process

• Initial consultation and space assessment
• Design concept development and presentation
• Revision process with up to 3 rounds of changes
• Final design documentation and implementation guidance

3. Payment Terms

Design fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with remaining balance due upon project completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate measurements, access to spaces, and timely feedback during the design process. Changes requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and materials remain the intellectual property of Masterpiece Interior Design until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for design services. We are not responsible for construction defects, contractor performance, or product warranties.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to future services within 12 months.
